Rental Equipment

We only use the highest quality high peak frame tents which allows users versatility and maximum space.
Our tents can be placed anywhere where there is flat ground, including cement and driveways.
Sidewalls are available for an additional $40.

What types of tents do you offer?
We offer the highest quality cross cable frame tents, designed for durability and stability.
How do I choose the right tent size for my event?
Our experienced team will assist you in determining the perfect tent size based on the number of guests, type of event, and available space.
Do you provide setup and takedown services?
Yes, we provide complete setup and takedown services to ensure a smooth event experience.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the tent, setup, takedown, and basic accessories. Additional items like lighting, flooring, and cocktail tables may incur extra charges.
How far in advance should I book a tent?
For best availability, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially during peak seasons.
Can your tents be set up on pavement?
Yes, our tents can be set up on pavement. Please note there may be an additional cost for pavement setups.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made more than 3 months before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 months require payment of the full balance, but a rain check will be issued to use within one year.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, delivery charges start at $50 and are based on the distance from our warehouse to your event location.
When does setup occur?
Setup typically happens 1-3 days before the event, though under certain circumstances, it may take place on the day of the event. Specific timeframes may incur an additional cost. Please note, setup is weather-dependent.
What is your weather policy?
For safety reasons, we cannot set up tents in severe weather conditions. If we are unable to set up due to weather, we will attempt to reschedule for the following day. If the event must be canceled due to weather, a rain check will be provided for use within 1 year.
- We cannot set up in winds of 20 mph or higher.
- Tents must be evacuated if winds reach 30 mph or higher.
- We also cannot set up during thunderstorms or lightning within a 5-mile radius.
When is pick up?
Pick up occurs the day after your event, weather permitting. Please ensure tables and chairs are cleaned and stacked by 7 am the day after the event.
Are there any requirements for staking the tent?
Yes, you must call Miss Dig 811 the week of your event to mark any utility lines. If utility lines are not marked, we cannot stake the tent. If staking is not possible, alternative securement methods will be used at an additional charge.
What do I need to do to prepare for setup?
Please mow your grass at least 24 hours before setup and remove any pet waste. The area must be properly prepared for setup. Cutting grass after the tent is set up could cause damage to the tent.
Is there a damage, theft, or cleaning fee?
Items returned clean and undamaged will not incur a fee. However, any items that are damaged or excessively dirty (beyond normal wear and tear) may be subject to a replacement or cleaning fee. Please notify us immediately if anything breaks during the rental; normal wear and tear may be replaced at no additional cost.
What if I am looking for an item but don’t see it on your website?
If you need something special that isn’t listed on our website, please reach out to us! We can source a wide variety of items to help make your event unique and stress-free.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost, along with a signed rental agreement, is required to reserve your event date.
